Who should apply?

We’re seeking resourceful and solutions-focused individuals who fit this profile:

👉 Looking for full-time work and long-term career growth: Since we will be introducing you to a company, we need to make sure that you are able to commit to work full-time.

👉 Have experience in related fields: Extensive experience in lead generation, sales/revenue operations, or workflow automation is required. (You do not need to have experience in Clay.com. We will train you!)

👉 Tech-savvy and learn fast: You have a knack for understanding and using digital tools. Experience with automation platforms, APIs, or workflow tools is a plus.

👉 Love problem-solving, systems, and processes: You enjoy dissecting challenges and creating efficient, innovative solutions. You’re fascinated by how workflows and systems can drive efficiency and success in businesses.

👉 Detail-oriented: You thrive on precision and building workflows that are reliable and scalable.

👉 Communicate effectively: You’re clear, proactive, and professional in collaborating with clients and teams.

Requirements

⦿ Technical readiness: Have access to a reliable computer, strong internet connection, and a workspace conducive to remote work.

Process

Step 1. Submit Your application: Tell us about your background, interest in automation, and why you want us to introduce you to companies.

Step 2. Initial screening: We’ll review your application and respond with a few follow-up questions to learn more about you.

Step 3. Paid assessment task: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid assessment task to showcase their skills and problem-solving abilities.

Step 4. Introduction: If selected, we'll introduce you to a company, you’ll get hired, and start working with them full-time. You won’t be hired directly by Clay Bootcamp, but as part on your onboarding, you will receive Clay Bootcamp training in your first few weeks.
